Admission Requirements

A completed electronic application form received by the University of Rhode Island Graduate School.
A master’s degree or 30 credits beyond the bachelor’s degree, including course work in research, foundations, and curriculum from a regionally accredited college or university.
A curriculum vita.
Official transcripts of all undergraduate and graduate course work.
A minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale in undergraduate course work.
An official report of scores on the Graduate Record Examination.
Three letters of recommendation.
An interview.
